Dont use this insurance company!!! they will sell you a policy,then when its halfway thru the policy you have prepaid they will bill you saying you owe them money after you think youve been paid a long time ago and forgotten about it...and if you dont pay extra money that was not in agreement they will lapse your insurance and send to dmv and have your licence suspended....i dont understand how companys like this are still in business...dont belive a word that comes from anyone who works at this place....they all have a different story and none of them are true..and then you cant laeve a review on there website..no wonder they have such a good rating!

There should be a no star option for this completely inept operation. I tried to remove one car from a policy via a VERY CLEARLY written letter. A week later I receive a letter stating they cancelled BOTH vehicles. Spent 38 minutes on the telephone with a rep who pulled up the scanned letter and acknowledged their mistake, supposedly corrected it, and quoted me the amount of the refund I should expect for the vehicle that was removed. A week later we receive new insurance cards and a new policy for BOTH vehicles. Now I have to go through the entire process again. A complete waste of time. Go elsewhere.

I received a letter from Financial institution I immediately contacted my insurance agent who quickly made a 3-way call with my financial institution and myself this allowed the agent to get direct information from the financial institution, by the time the call was done everything had been taken care of, paperwork had been sent and agent verified received. I was very satisfied , handling things in this manner allowed me to get on with my day, Thank You Michael with 21 Century Insurance
