I am so thankful for the help we received by Mike. He was exactly what we were looking for. I recently went through a divorce. My husband and I agreed on all the terms, but were overwhelmed by all the paperwork involved. We were afraid to hire lawyers that would start trouble in an already sensitive relationship and we were afraid they would charge us an absurd amount of money. We tried filing for the divorce on our own, and after waiting a year, we got the paperwork saying something was missing, please try again. But they did not tell us what was missing. This was when we found Mike. In one meeting, he went over all our paperwork, helped us make sense of everything, was a third party witness to everything we needed a witness for, and submitted all the paperwork for us. It was so easy and stress free, and for a small price that was well worth every cent. Thank you, Mike! You do not understand what a life saver you were for us! I would recommend his services to anyone.

If you can imaging having to deal with a ex-spouse that will keep you in the court system for years because he is completely uncooperative, then you can also imagine how expensive and time consuming filing out all the paper work really is! I was VERY lucky to have found Mike McMillin who was not only compassionate of my situation, but knowledgeable and reliable too. He just recently completed my QDRO paper work; something I have wanted to do for years on my own, but because of how involved the paperwork was, I always put if off. Mike is not only professional but reasonably priced as well. I would have had to pay an attorney about three times as much to handle the same exact same documents. Not only did he help me secure my financial future, but he has also given me a sense of relief that the paperwork was done correctly.

He was sensitive to our situation as well as diligent in his efforts to ensure the correct information and documentation would be submitted. At first I thought Mike was very professional and seemed knowledgeable, he was affordable and seemed to be willing to answer my questions without any problems. After he filed the first papers for me, I had some additional questions since I have never been through a divorce and the whole process that goes along with filing for divorce, Mike seemed to get irritated with my questions, would not answer them directly and basically his sarcasm was not welcome. Comments like "your no different than anyone else" and " what do you want me to do about that?" was just frustrating and I wish I would have chosen someone else.

WARNING>>>My friend hired Mike McMillin for a simple divorce...what a nightmare the man is deranged, he hung the phone up on my friend every time he had a question, he yelled at him and lied to him he broke his confidientiallity by actually talking to the respondent (the spouse), very unstable individual, save your time and money go somewhere else!!
