I recently met with Paul Bartlett to have my Will and Powers of Attorney prepared for me and to also seek advice on creating a Living Will. Before I met with him I really was unsure what I needed and how to proceed with a few decisions I needed to make. Mr. Bartlett is so easy to talk with and he explains things so well that the final decisions for me were really fairly simple to make. He also advised me on things I would not otherwise have known to consider. Within a very short time all of my estate issues and concerns were resolved, and the paperwork is completed. I am so grateful that I was referred to Mr. Bartlett. I extend my thanks to both Mr. Bartlett and his staff.

My sister had just moved to Tucson and needed her Will and Power of Attorneys updated to reflect this change. I also needed to update my Will, Power of Attorney and Living Will. In a very short time, Mr. Bartlett produced all the documents both my sister and I needed. He then walked us through the item of each document to insure we understood each item and were satisfied with each. All in all a very pleasurable experience. Mr. Bartlett and his staff are extremely helpful, polite and very professional. I selected Mr. Bartlett’s office after reviewing reviews written by other clients. There are not enough words to aptly describe the kind of lawyer Paul Bartlett is -but I will try. Paul is competent, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Needing the services of a lawyer in and of itself can be stressful- but with Paul you are in good hands. I have always gotten every question I had answered and this man can be trusted implicitly. There has never been one time that I have spoken to him that I have not felt a huge sense of relief following a meeting or phone call. His office staff are responsive and professional. After a brief interview, it was clear that Paul knew exactly what I needed, he provided me with more than I knew I needed, he gave me things I might need in the future, he reviewed everything clearly and thoroughly, and we had a jolly good time of it.
