After my son met with the Public Defender assigned to his case, I knew I needed to find him an attorney who would listen, investigate and DEFEND. He had been accused of a felony and was facing jail time and driver license suspension. Mr. Harwin left no stone unturned in investigating his charges, and always offered an explanation of what he was doing and why. He was able to negotiate amendments to the original plea bargain, and when it was time to decide on whether to go to trial or take the plea, his clear description of the ramifications of both choices caused my son to reconsider his original plan. At the sentencing hearing he presented a powerful plea to the judge, which resulted in the felony being reduced to a misdemeanor, no jail time and no license suspension. Not only is Mr. Harwin an outstanding attorney, but he’s also a compassionate, understanding and just plain decent human being. While my son was his client it became clear to him that he needed some help with some personal issues. During his treatment Mr. Harwin continued to communicate with my family, and went before the judge twice to ask for a continuance. I truly appreciated his support and encouragement during this time, and also the prompt, courteous and efficient service we received from everyone at the Law Offices of Michael Harwin.

I came to Mr. Harwin after my 2nd DUI in 7 years.
