When I had first walked into Mr. Miller’s office I was skeptical, as I had never used a lawyer before. My perception of lawyers had been that they are all crafty, deceitful, and overpaid. As soon as I met with Mr. Miller I knew my perception was all wrong. His instant ability to analyze the situation and develop a plan of attack was enthralling. Mr. Miller will work for you and do his best to get you what you want; you just have to tell him and provided him the necessary resources so he can fight for you. You must bring all paperwork with you and provide him with all you can so he can work for you the best he can. I came into his office a somber person and exited with optimism! Mr. Miller’s paralegal, Danielle is awesome. Most any question I had via email or telephone, she could answer and if she couldn’t she would refer to Mr. Miller. She wouldn’t make anything up and always was go-getting and helpful through every step of my experience with the firm. The secretaries at the front desk are friendly, delightful and always smiling. The day of court, I was a bit nervous, but Mr. Miller’s eminence in the court room was that of a lawyer in a movie. In fact, the TV show “Suits” came to mind (Although Mr. Miller is a bit older than Harvey Spector :)) as Mr. Miller began to make his defense for me. His ability to dwindle a prosecuting attorney’s debate to monotony and cause a police officer to stutter was like none other. Mr. Miller demands respect in the court room, not because he asks for it, but I could tell he got it from others i.e. Police Officers, Prosecutors and Judges. I believe a respected attorney is important. If the court doesn’t respect your attorney, why on earth would they respect you? Mr. Miller did what any great attorney would do; he went through the facts of my case and presented them to the judge with intelligence and skillful execution. I am glad that I was referred to Mr. Miller and will recommend him to anyone I come across. I will choose him for any legal need that arises. Mr. Miller is not only a really cool guy, but I dare say he might be the best lawyer all the way to Washington, D.C! Mr. Miller is my Legisperitum in vita! Lawyer for life! (Had to do a little Google Latin to English translation, but I think I made my point. lol). If you want an attorney and a firm, who is going to help you through rough times, look to Mr. Miller and his Law Firm.
