I have had nothing but issues with the receptionist Brianna! She is rude and condescending! She has no customer service skills whatsoever! I have been a State Farm customer for years and I think it is time I look into getting insurance elsewhere. They never tell me the right information about my account. I do NOT recommend.

I have had nothing but issues with the receptionist here. They never tell me the right information about my account. Just recently I called to pay and they said everything was paid until November but 2 weeks later I got a bill for 300$ for auto and a letter saying my renters insurance was paid for until November 2016.
