The least I could do to thank Christine Relyea is write a glowing view of her help and services at her State Farm location @ 2059 Richmond Ave. Here was my situation: my current health insurance provider was going to drop me and my family, leaving only two weeks to find a new plan. They left me no option to return and my search elsewhere didn’t turn up anything that met my needs. I was in a total panic until I found Christine... I googled nearby insurance agents and found Christine right in the neighborhood. I walked into the office and was immediately greeted; it felt as if I was visiting an old friend! She took down all my information and asked me to return the next day. 24 hours later I walked in and she found me a miracle plan that covered every single aspect: my specific doctors, my required drugs, my co-pays. She set me up with a great plan offering great coverage for a great price! There’s very little $$ to be made off of the plan that she found for me, so I know that she didn’t put in all that work for the commission. She was so upfront, transparent and honest and I truly do believe she was looking out for my best interest when finding my plan. Bottom line: I know for a fact she put in a lot of time to figure out the best coverage for my very specific needs. She treated me right, was very friendly and helpful and I would recommend her a million times over. Can’t thank Christine enough!

The new office is beautiful. The staff is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable concerning the products offered, such as: insurance, annuities, banking, retirement plans, credit cards, and loans. The company is top rated - the rates are competitive, and the service is the best. So why go anywhere else? We have several of their products and are pleased with the depth of coverage and the knowledge of the staff, particularly Gloria. The office team always greets you with a smile and treats you professionally. They stay with you after the sale to provide ongoing service and assistance. The cut rate firms look attractive at first until you compare the policies and the service levels. I know that State Farm is always available 24 hours a day, by visiting Christine’s office, by phone, or on the web. A satisfied customer for over 25 years.

I had the greatest experience with Anthony Rosaly at this State Farm office. I applied for a quote online and within 24 hours he called me to discuss it. He was so polite and professional that I switched both my auto and home insurance to State farm.
