I just wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with the Trevor Morgan Agency of American Family Insurance. I recently met with Trevor and his Staff to discuss my current policies and was astounded by the professionalism and courtesy shown to me during my review. Trevor took the time to meet with me personally to review my policies, and offer some suggestions on things we could do to make the outcome even better. It seems like he genuinely cares about each and every one of his customers and made sure that my policies were tailored to meet my individual needs. After discussing my policies, Trevor was not only able to reduce the rates of my policies but ended up offering better coverages. I love being able to have all of my policies in the hands of one agent who has my best interest at heart. Trevor has my business for life. Trevor and his agents went above and beyond what is normal for an insurance company. I had made a Facebook post about previous insurance company canceling us for no reason, when minutes later I received a phone call from Trevor ( we have a really great mutual friend who relayed my cancellation info to him). He reached out even though it was well beyond his business hours. He got started right away on customizing a plan that would work for us. Trevor and his team not only gave my husband and I a great price point but amazing coverage and customer service that is top notch. Awesome experience! I recently switched over to Trevor Morgan at American Family. He spent A LOT of time with me setting up my policies to my exact needs. He saved me over $2000 a year from what I was previously paying. He even worked on setting up my policies while he was at home recovering from major surgery.
