Dain Smoland was more than I could ask for in an attorney. He made me feel like my concerns were important! I feel like when dealing with the court system you want someone that is able to explain things to you and complete things in a timely manner so that your future is not hanging in limbo. Dain Smoland was able to do that. He was timely, friendly and never made me feel like I was getting charged for time that was not actually spent on me. The outcome of my legal concerns went better than I could have hoped for. He never struck me as someone that is just in it for the money. He seems to be passionate about what he does and care about the people he is representing. I highly recommend him!
