I went from Alstate to Neal Dastrup Insurance, broker for United Underwriters, on a referral from one of my friends. I was with Alstate since I began to drive. They never once had a problem with payments, receiving information from other insurance companies regarding any accidents. This company has poor customer service, and resolution. They would rather make a few extra bucks here and there, than retain a customer for life. They have completely destroyed that option. United Underwriters continually refused to contact my previous insurance company to obtain information. They would rather cancel me, that run a business.

I have been insured with United Underwriters for 8 years. my family has had 2 claims. 1 deer, and 1 not at fault. Both claims could not have gone smoother. The communication with our claim adjuster was great, we knew exactly what to expect, she walked us through the process and answered all our questions. I actually left United for a year to save a few dollars on my home insurance policy, I have an older home built in 1918. We came back to United because they offer affordable earthquake I could not get anywhere else due to the age of my home. If you are looking for a great company I highly recommend United Underwriters.

my experience with united insurance group was pretty darn good one of their clients was involved in an auto accident with my self the claim s agent that was assigned to my claim was very good her name was Caroll Lynn Pothier she made the whole process seemless there was hidden damage when the auto body shop got working on my vehicle they sent the new damage to her and everything went great vehicle picked up a few days early also ununique auto body of south jordan utah did a great job alson thanks to the whole team at united insurance thanks again kent N

We experienced a sewer backup in our basement a few weeks ago. Since it happened in the middle of the night, we immediately called UDK to help clean the up the mess. I notified United Insurance the next morning and within hours they contacted UDK and coordinated the entire basement cleanup and remodel. They were extremely fair in estimating replacement costs for materials and labor. I am very pleased with their quick, friendly and professional service!

Worst experience EVER!! Month after month I have paid my insurance premium but when it comes time for them to fulfill what is stipulated in the Policy they leave you on your own to stress out over the situation. Having insurance should leave you with an ease a mind when your in accident but this company feels like they should add a lot more stress on top of everything your dealing with. Take your money and run to a reputable Insurance company.

I have known Jacob Fechter, a manager at United, since he worked at Farmers and I have heard him talk through claims with other adjusters and management and know he puts his best into evaluating claims as fairly as possible.

Assessment performed - very significant repairs made, checks cut, rental car covered. NO hassle, no questioning. Trusted what I was telling them, paid claims quickly. VERY impressed!!! Thank you!

Do not even consider using this company, gave a low quote and when I had a claim they told me to go pound sand. I saved $11 a month and now have a totaled car and thousands in medical bills owing. Avoid at any cost, there is a reason they are low bidders!!!!
