called yesterday to get a rider to bond and was told it would be emailed to me after giving all information. I had not received when I was told I was so I called today 6/20/17 and spoke with Irma - she was not able to locate anything from my call yesterday with (unknown) so I needed to start over again with my request. Irma went above and beyond and advised me that usually my request was to have been done by email but I was not informed of that yesterday. Irma checked on a few things and got back with me and had everything resolved and in my hands within a matter of minutes. Irma thank you so very much for giving great customer service and assisting me with my problem.

If you want your notary stamp quickly, DO NOT ORDER from these guys. They promise but do not deliver on quick shipping. Took two days to even leave their place and another three to arrive. SO DISAPPOINTED.
