Im a mechanic who buys and sells cars all the time, so needles to say title transfers is not new to me. So when I went in I knew I had all the required documents not only to title this car but to register it. But I got turned away because the insurance that covered this car did not have my name. In texas you can recive a title with no insurance, further more it can be registered just as long as the insurance covers the vehicle for the minimum liability allowed.

The older lady at the front desk is hard at hearing and flat out RUDE! She talks to you like you are stupid, and has attitude the whole time. I wish I would have never given them my business. I went back a second time to get proof pf registration because the DMV needed it and she was even more rude. I was so nice the first time with her. She is just grumpy and rude.
