My wife had the unfortunate experience of someone blowing through a stop sign right in front of her. Our car was totaled and she suffered serious injuries to her legs. The police found the other driver 100% at fault and issued him citations. My wife needed several reconstructive surgeries to repair the damage. She could not walk let alone work for months. She still has permanent damage and pain which will never heal. We interviewed several law firms and left feeling like we were just a case number with dollar signs. Most recommended a quick, out of court settlement for a modest amount. We were referred to Mr. Sean Quinn of Sheridan and Murray. We retained Mr. Quinn, he was extremely honest and sincere. His priority was my wife’s heath and medical treatment. The other drivers insurance company tried every trick in the book to get out of paying a fair settlement. They accused my wife of driving down the wrong side of the road and hitting their insured. They tried to sue my wife for causing injuries to their insured and our daughter who was in our car. Mr. Quinn and his firm had to respond to all the misrepresentations and false accusations made by the other insurance company. While the settlement was dragged out and delayed by the other company, Mr. Quinn and his firm reached a fair settlement. While you can’t put a dollar sign on what my wife now has to live with for the rest of her life. Mr. Quinn did reach a settlement for over THREE times what the insurance company insisted was their best final offer and over SIX times what the other layers recommended we settle for. My wife and I are forever grateful.

I called for a spanish speaking client of mine and was directed to the intake lady. When I asked whether there was someone who spoke spanish for client who only spoke spanish she said that the client must speak in english in order for her to process the intake because she only spoke ONE language, English. Then she suggested to find someone else.
