Well first off I have been a client of Mr Weitzmans for over 20 years for various issies involving litagation and in all those years Mr Weitzman and his staff have been professional, compassionate and caring in all manners of their services.This personilized type of service is literally unheard of.I will say just briefly that a while ago I was being harassed by an Insurance carrier and also by a medical provider that had not been paid thru no fault of my own.I contacted Mr Weitzmans office and explained the issue to one of his caring staff and they said Mr Weitzman or one of the other Attorneys would look into it and get back to me as soon as they could.I figured well...that will take a while.The next day i got a phone call from Mr Weitzman who informed me that he personally had contacted the carrier and the medical facility and that the issue was resolved.Honestly I was a bit dumbfounded by the quick service and for the phone call .The next day i got a phone call from a representitive of the Insurance carrier apologizing for the delay of payment to the medical facility.Now thats service!Thats what the law firm of Silvers,Langsam, and Weitzman is all about!Good old Service!

Worked with one of the lawyers they subcontracted (Donald Burmudez). This lawyer recently graduated and started working for them. We had an agreement that he would be paid on contingency, he modified it, and then totally backed out of the whole thing when I started asking him questions, and making him work for the case. I suggested that perhaps I should hire more lawyers to help him with the case, but he refused this generous offer, and demanded that I pay him everything up front, violating our agreements. Even though he is technically my attorney because I signed a contract that states he is representing me, he back out of this agreement a few weeks before the trial. Also, he sent me strange drunk texts at night. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone or a law firm that deals with him.

Excellent Accident Lawyer in Philadelphia! We we were in need of an accident lawyer in Philadelphia and were referred to the Accident Lawyers at Silvers Langsam & Weitzman. The case involved a personal injury issue and we felt very comfortable with the accident attorneys in the firm.
