We have had all our lines of insurance with Kristine Wiseman for over 10 years now. In that time our insurance needs have changed, from having three children to buying and selling our rental. Every time we have needed Kristine for anything, she is there. I was recently hit by a driver not insured with American Family, and the process to get them to pay was frustrating, Kristine is our agent, not our claims adjuster but during the process you would have never known. At times when I felt worried things were getting over looked by the other insurance company it took one quick email to her and within hours I had answers. She always goes above and beyond for her clients. A few years ago during a wind storm on New year’s day we had a tree fall on our house. I sent an email to Kristine just to let her know, assuming I would get a response after the holiday. Within the hour I had a call from her and an hour or so later workers were at my house removing the tree. I could go on and on, I will just say we did our research before picking Kristine all those years ago and it was the best possible decision for our insurance needs.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Kristine Wiseman of Kristine Wiseman Agency. Kristine is without a doubt, the best person I have ever had insurance dealings with. She focuses on the details, like, understanding what the ramifications are for the deducible amount, hand holding through the claims process and helping you to understand what the best coverage is for your individual circumstances. She works with integrity to find you the best price and she really puts a strong emphasis matching the best coverage at the best price. She can probably save you money too.
