Christopher Roger who runs superior Insurance company is a short Asian man and a big time crook, unprofessinal and a liar. He quotes you real fast low rates over the phone and when you get to his office he try hard to intimidate customers and raise the rate. He is giving himself 5 stars by reviewing himself on here.....that tell you a lot about Superior insurance and the the man who run it.

Bad Bad Bad...they will rob you ..they are not friendly at all ..they are messy ppl I insured with them and didnt understand them every employee say something different I lost my money there for no reasons then cancel my insurance and move to new company..dont go there ...they dont desirve one star but I have to give them star inorder to add coment..dont go there Im telling you..

Was over charged for setting up the policy, including an undisclosed $70 fee for setting up on the weekend. Was sent a hardly legible contract to e-sign and was rushed through it. Upon attempt to cancel policy w/in 72 hours was advised all fees were non-refundable. Was charged $200 for 10 minutes of work.
