Without reservation, I can say that this agency is at the top of my list. Having lived in several states I have had multiple insurance agencies. Had about four during my 40 plus years in Burlington. When I left the state a year ago, found out that my company did not offer insurance . Not only did Karen offer recommendations on other companies., when I received a quotes from here she reviewed them and even called one agency to clarify some issues and make recommendations. After one year here, I am already changing agency.

Lori is awesome! She help my father get a new policy after his agent passed away. I spoke with 3 agents and Lori was the only one that made my father and I feel comfortable in this process. Her staff is excellent also. I went to the office 2 times and both times the staff was very helpful! Every person I have dealt with was so kind.
