Worst Customer service I have ever seen. God forbid you call with a question regarding an account. Mary Lou is probably the most miserable person I have ever spoken to on the phone. Refuses to help, has no patience, no compassion. She actually put me on "hold." Except her version of hold was slamming the phone down while I was in the middle of speaking to her, and talking poorly about me to the rest of the people in the office while I could still hear her because obviously she has no hold button. Simply disgusting, I wish she would think about how she treats people. My way of thinking is treat people how you would like to be treated. she was obviously never taught that.

THIYS GUY IS CLEARLY A SHARK! WE PROVIDED INFORMATION THAT OUR CLAIM WAS PAID TO HIS CLIENT SEVERAL TIMES. HE CONTINUES TO SEND THREATENING LETTERS ALTHOUGH HE HAS NO RIGHT TO COLLECT A DEBT THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID! I AM GOING TO START THE PROCESS WITH THE COUNTY AND STATE TODAY. POSSIBLY A CIVIL SUIT. ALL FOR COLLECTING A DEBT, I AM A BUSINESS OWNER. BUT THIS IS WHY LAWYERS HAVE SUCH A BAD REP!

THIS OFFICE IS A RIP OFF COLLECTION AGENCY, SEE MY PUBLISHED COMMENTS BELOW, EVEN MORRIS IMAGING IS UPSET AT THIS RIP OFF LAWYER HE TRIED TO COLLECT $17.54 EVEN THOUGH I HAD A PAYMENT PLAN OF $25 MONTHLY FROM MORRIS IMAGING, RIP OFF LAWYER WHAT TILL WE FIND HIS HOME ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!
