Please educate your bankers, it’s obvious that no one at this branch knows what a SEVIS I-901 FEE is. Student and Exchange visitor Programe: SEVIS I- 901 There needs to be more training on all the things that your bank contracts on, and educate these bankers to have a broad knowledge of things that customers might need.

Although everyone I have encountered at the bank has been friendly, the wait times are unacceptable. Every time I have been to this location there has been at least five people in line and at most two tellers helping customers. Will not be back again.

Line is always crazy long, expect to wait 15 minutes to see a teller. Count your money before you leave ive been shorted several times and had to wait in line again (15 more minutes) to have them correct it

This branch is incredibly poorly run. Friday Morning 9:30 AM Line never shorter than 10 people deep. 2 tellers with 3 empty teller windows. The competing bank down the street was fully staffed.
