If you are looking for great customer service, look no further than the Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz. They are so caring and attentive, not to mention responsible and on-their-toes!!!!! They will do anything to answer my questions, and never wait longer than 24 hours to return my call. I cannot even tell you how different her firm is from the other firms out there. Joumana runs an honest, loving, NOT TO MENTION she really cares, and if you are looking for a personal injury firm, just hesitate no further. She always gets it handled. Teaming up with Joumana was the smartest thing I could have ever done for myself although some people “told” me otherwise! You’re crazy if you don’t follow suit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and enough of those haters writing whatever they want about her. It’s just wrong. Get a life, haters. She’s good, really good!

Overall I had a phenomenal experience, communication between myself and the attorneys surpassed all of my expectations. I have worked with two different aspects of the firm at this point and both Cliff and Ali were absolutely amazing. I just dont see how anyone could take these attorneys serious when theyre main spokes woman can barely speak english. I think in my head like how unlikely a judge would would deal with someone who only acknowledges simple laws (their commercials) and have some one represent you that you may have a hard time understanding and everyone else in the court room. Sorry but not sorry im not a fan of this P.C. ideation because communication dectiates alot in terms of interpretation and how well others will respect your intellect. With this law firm in my opinion just by there commercials "0" in my book.
