Let me start with saying that in today’s society finding an attorney that truly cares and wants to hear all that you have to say is almost extinct. The moment that we met with Mr. Silverman we knew that he was kind, compassionate and truthful. He did not try to win us over with words we did not understand nor did he speak ill of other attorneys that we had spoken to before meeting with him. What I did see was a man who allowed my family member to show their frustration and in return he showed them compassion and empathy. Once we discussed our situation we then examined our options and I could tell Mr. Silverman was extremely knowledgeable with many years’ experience in this field. What I also appreciated was that he would schedule meeting times that were convenient for me to drive my family and this was normally out of the normal 8:00-5:00 work day. He also agreed to meet us at our home. There was a time that Mr. Silverman was in court and the time ran over and not only did he contact us personally but he also had his office manager call us to ensure that we understood why he needed to reschedule and allowed us to choose the next appointment time to meet our schedules. I would recommend Mr. Silverman to anyone who is need of disability services. Thank you Mr. Silverman for your hard work and also the respect and dignity that was shown to me and my entire family during this difficult time in our lives.
