I would reccommend Irv to anyone facing a criminal charge. He was attentive, thoughtful, informed and confident, which helped to ease my uneasiness of the situation. He was there for me when I needed him, and instead of feeling bullied by the system, I felt as though I had a smart and capable champion on my side. In the end he had the case dismissed and helped me overcome the emotional hurdle that court proceedings can be. Irv was professional and prepared, while understanding of the situation. Contacting him was easy and there was no miscommunication between us. I would reccommend his legal services to anyone who finds themselves in a similar position as I.

I called Irv in a last minute panic literally an hour before I was due in court and he told me not to worry and that he would meet me at the courthouse. When I arrived he warmly introduced himself and explained how the process worked, told me my options and the possible outcomes. The whole ordeal was extremely scary and overwhelming but Irv did an amazing job at making me feel assured and comfortable. He did an incredible job in the courtroom as well and ended up getting my case dismissed and off my record. I will look to him for any further legal council and would absolutely recommend him to anyone seeking legal help.

Mr Irvin Rakhlin worked with me about 5 months ago, I was wrongfully accused for abuse , and had been put on restraining order , it hurt me very much that I was not about to see my children, while at court one morning I watched mr Raklin argue a case and helping the client very well, I talked to him afterwards ,hired him, I was very pleased how he took the case so personal,he always ended his talk with "we are in this together"he gave me "to do list" ,which I advise anyone to do ,day of court, he made me so comfortable and within 15 minutes , I repeat 15 minutes ,case was dismissed. hire Irvin when you only have to have the best defense I am an US permanent resident facing criminal charge. Everything was on stake. Irvin is effective and influential in the court room, which are the traits only for the best lawyer. Irvin had my case dismissed.
