We transferred our policies to Ron a while ago. From that time until a month ago we did not need to interact with Ron or his office. Ron’s office became aware one of our policies was going to be dropped. Instead of a call we received a letter in the mail from American Family headquarters. We were not contacted by Ron’s office about the situation until WE left a message regarding the letter - a full week after they knew it was going to be dropped. During the following five weeks we had FAR too many negative interactions with Ron and his staff – better than 20 contacts! During the first four weeks of these contact we were told three completely different stories (we got the run around). By week four we were forced to call headquarters to get the service we needed. Overall the stress caused by having to deal with Ron and his staff was horrible! We are leaving Ron’s “care” immediately!!!

We have been with Ron since my husband and I married 17 years ago. 5 houses and two towns later, we stay with Ron. It might seem strange to live in Shawnee and have an insurance agent in Lawrence, but when you find someone that you can count on, you stick with them. :) After a hailstorm in DeSoto, Ron gave us a call to make sure we were ok and if we had any damage. When we moved to Shawnee, he called my husband to let him know we had a lovely, new home. Customer Service at its best! Cristi Smith

We first met Ron King when he came to our house to visit about insurance in 1988. We have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences and service from the agency. I know that if I have any questions about anything, including a traffic violation or wind damage, I can just call Ron and he will respond so quickly and effectively that it is almost hard to believe in this day and age. I wish everyone in the world could have Ron King as their agent. He rocks.

I find it hard to believe that there are actually Insurance Agents that call you up and say "Hey come in today and lets see if we can save you some money"! Ron King is one of those who do and he DID save me some money!!!! I have had several agents before and NONE has done this for me. Hats off to you Ron. I have known you for a long time and have complete trust in American Family because of you. Keep up the good work...

I have been with Ron King since he started and I have to say he and his staff are wonderful. I wish all businesses were run like his office. I am also LOVING the teen safe driving program that they offer FREE to customers. His office seems to really care, helps me make coverage decisions and really take the time to explain things to me. Thank you Ron and staff for decades of great service!!!!

We have never had to wait, the last time we had a problem at our home I called very early in the morning hoping that when the office opened they would get the message and get back to us. To my surprise Ron called us about 7 in the morning and gave us the names and numbers to call to take care of the problem. He was at the house before 9 am on that same day. Thank you Ron

It has been a pleasant experience working with Ron and his staff. We had our roof replaced a year ago. Since there had been hail damage we requested an inspection by the American Family Insurance adjuster. Everything went smoothly. He was easy to work with. Ron followed the process and made sure that everything was handled correctly. Ron does a great job!
