Over the years, I have worked with a half dozen or so mortgage brokers and you by far are the most efficient, professional and courteous of all! Your results, your care and your follow-through (with genuine concern) was like no other. Once I gave you my file (as per your professional knowledge and request) you were able to get my loan-modification approved within a (4) day period. You had assured me that you work well with many loan providers and that was entirely correct on your part. Jason, you are one of the most incredible loan-modification experts that I have heard of. Lets see where shall I begin. Jason Tong is one awesome guy...My husband and I had been in an interest only loan and had tried several avenues to get our loan modified and was coming up rejected and disappointed. Finally we were referred to Jason we were afraid to trust anyone because of our passed experience Jason gave us such comfort that we could trust him to get the job done. My loan modification process is over and I would like to share my experience. My case was very difficult because my property has a lot of equity and I am self employed with fluctuating income. In cases like mine banks usually offering to sell the property. It was nearly impossible to get an approval from Wells Fargo Bank. This bank has reputation as the most difficult bank to work with. Employee in this office are very knowledgeable, friendly and super responsible. Jason Tong was assigned to my case and he did GREAT JOB. My documents was submitted right, he wrote letters on my behalf and resolved all problems quickly and very professionally. I got 1% interest rate for the first mortgage and 2% for the second.
