Terrible customer service, my debit card was declined at the market while in a huge line. I called and they could not access my account and informed me that I would not be allowed to use my card until I visited a branch. this was after three different calls, I was hung up on and told that I needed to call back)My card still does not work and it is so embarrassing to have a card decline. DONT USE DELTA COMMUNITY.

I was customer for 5 years and did not expect to have something like that when i really need help. They have put my check on hold for 11 days when I was trying to buy a house. As a result I have to extend my closing date. Branch manager Jaime Benitez was not help at all. More over customer service could not do anything but transfer to branch manager:) Please expect deposit holds all the time!!!!

Hold placed on a check because I placed it in the ATM. They bounced my mortgage payment and a number of debits, for a total of $380.00 in "Courtesy Fees". Customer service could offer no help, and branch manager Jamie would only credit my account for $245.00. I guess I should be thankful for that. Been a customer for several years, but now thinking of going somewhere else.

Oh good grief. Having a checking account here is great. Trying to get any other loan is a night mare.. No one ever answers the phone or if they do you have to make an appointment to do anything. What happened to those wonderful days when there was enough people working and you could just walk in at YOUR CONVIENCE. NOT THEIRS!!!

The ATM for deposits never works and if you deposit at an associated credit union it take 3 to 5 business days.
