We had the pleasure of meeting Hillary Larsen at our ribbon cutting ceremony last month. She mentioned to me that she was with Paychex and could offer us better payroll service. She met with me in person to discuss my options. I was very impressed with her professionalism and the awesome deal that she was able to make for us! Our company uses Paychex and we have roughly 50 employees. I am the administrator and have to call Paychex any time there is an issue. The response time is awful. Most times when calling my assigned rep I get voicemail with no return calls. Same thing with emails, even when I copy my reps supervisor. They will fight tooth and nail, promising everything under the sun, to get your business and then when you give it to them, they drop you like a rock. We are currently looking to move our business to another provider.

Been with Paychex for about 2 yrs. now. Switched over from their competitor whom which I had a bad experience with. Stevie Acalin our rep has been wonderful. She helped us easily transition from the previous company. Since then, payroll has been a breeze. Their service is excellent & reliable. Thank you Stevie & Paychex for your services!

Been with Paychex for a few years. Left them early on because of app issues entering pay. Tried ADP and they were awful. App issues were resolved and Paychex has been working fine for me. Anytime there is an issue my rep Stevie always takes care of me. Would recommend Paychex for all your payroll of needs!

I wish I could give 0 stars! Payroll specialists take DAYS to respond to emails and there are many errors made on a regular basis. As I am trying to call to complain about my payroll specialist not submitting payroll on time, their phones are not working. Would not recommend!!

Looking for a company to handle my payroll was a bit much. Paycheck sent a young lady named Shirley Waterman, and after 5 minutes of talking to her I signed up with paychecx and have been very pleased with them. I would recommend them to all my business friends.
