this location should hire more staff to handle the large customer base it has. Every time go here the wait times are extremely long because they usually only have 2 tellers working during peak hours at that. Granted the employees are friendly and professional,the waits are ridiculous.

Always a pleasure visiting Navy Fed! Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. I have to agree that wait times are sometimes quite long at this particular location, but the Grovetown one is open for business!

I wish there was a zero stars option......this place is ALWAYS understaffed. Just stood in line 15 minutes to get to a teller. Just counted 16 people in line behind me!!! Ridiculous!!
