Kyle was not only prompt in his service, meeting the client on a weekend and within an hour of being called, but he worked to resolve the manner in an expedient and professional manner in what I feel was the best resolution the client could have received. Not only was Kyle there during the time the matter was pending, he followed up afterward and went out of his way to get the probation dismissed early.
