Norin Brightblade

This law group misinformed the public with blantent slander about SB668. What was said honestly makes me question whether they have even read the bill. I believe they may of just took the word of the family law section of the FL Bar who only wants litigation to fund their $3 Billion FL divorce industry. SB668 states there should be a premise for approximately equal time sharing and then gives 20 reasons for a judge to go outside of that. A premise means a starting point and both genders should have an equal starting point upon entering a courtroom. The best interests of the child is to have their constitutional rights enforced. That means due process and meeting the burden of proof to remove or limit one of their parents from their lives. If a parent is unfit then the burden for proving such is solely upon the accuser. This should not have any skew toward or against any specific situation, most especially not due to the gender of the individual. I would never refer anyone to your office with such underhanded misrepresentations of the truth.
