DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! The website is too good to be true. I had my travel company rent me an apartment here and is the worst mistake of my life. When I arrived this past weekend after a 1000 mile drive, I was handed the keys to my apartment. Went to the apartment and it was gross, filthy and disgusting. It had not been cleaned, there was dried foot on cabinets, stove, and refrigerator. There was masking tape on tub which i assume was so gross they had to refurbish it, oh and also, it does show that door to the rest of the bathroom almost literally touches the very small tub and this is supposed to be an "elite" apartment, the worst part is that there was a white powder dust literally all over the apartment you could not even tell the black stove was black. I refused to move in it that day called my travel company to see if we could cancel the lease and after two days of trying to get them to let me out of the lease since i had not even moved in, they refused, so I am being forced to live in sub standard housing and filth, there is mold on the porch and on the very old windows. I am a travel nurse and I have never been so shocked about the deceptive website and the acutal apartments. The five dog parks they brag about are a total JOKE, they are little pens and have no grass just dirt and pine needles everywhere and the pool had so many leaves in it you could not see the bottom. To say I am upset is not the word. I am contacting a lawyer to see if anything else can be done. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE, YOU WILL REGRET IT

City Park Staff has been the most HELPFUL staff I have ever dealt with!! Julie, one of the managers, saved our butts. My girlfriend and I had had an apartment set up for around 4 months, and on move day, they informed us we were not to live there. In 2 hours, we were able to get an apartment at City Park, and were able to move in 2 days later, which was beyond incredible. We got an apartment right next to the beautiful picnic area and pool, with upgraded appliances and granite counter-tops. We were not meant to be at The Park at Portofino in Brandon (if you have looked at them, DO NOT go any further). The only reason I did not give 5 stars is we have had our appliances worked on twice since move-in (about a week and a half ago). The maintenance staff is incredibly fast to respond and are helpful as well. So glad we ended up here!!!

This is a corporate apartment for myself and 2 partners. The landscaping is terrific and they do a great job keeping it looking nice. The pool is clean and the outdoor BBQ is used quite often. The gym needs a bit of upgrading but is acceptable. We only needed the maintenance staff once and they came within an hour and fixed things pronto. Trash is picked up outside your door every day which is great. Also love having a washer and dryer in the apt. Our apt is a 3 bedroom, very spacious, new carpet was installed before we moved in. Overall, I recommend this complex.

I had a great experience living here. The maintenance was always fast. The office staff were always friendly and helpful. The administrative staff returned my deposit when I moved out, and were always professional. I did not have a single bad experience with any other tenants and the complex itself is great. Particular shout out to Julie at the front office for always being helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this complex to my friends and family.

I just started renting here a few weeks ago and I gotta say I love It! The apartment is awesome and the fact that a washer dryer comes with the unit is a plus beyond plus. This place is very close to my job and my fiance goes to School right across the street at SPC. The 2 ladies at the front office are super nice and very attentive to everything I asked of them. This place compared to my last place is no comparison. I recommend living here for sure.

Very shady office staff and policies. STAY AWAY! I was quoted a price and 24 hors later that price had increased $96/month. I was given several different reasons(excuses) for the increase. If this is waht happens to a prospective tenant what will happen once the lease is signed???? I am looking elsewhere and suggest to anyone reading this that they do the same.

I lived here for over 2 years and loved it. My apartment was awesome Huge floorplan, tons of closets Like a house. Garages too. the staff are amazing and they maintain the grounds. The dog parks were great I have 2 pups. I totally enjoyed my stay there and only moved because I relocated. too bad I couldnt take it with me. LOL Wish I still had that fireplace :)

We just moved into our second apartment here at City Park. The office staff is amazing and the maintenance crew is excellent. If something is broken or not working they will fix it in a heart beat. I think my favorite part of the community is how pet friendly they are! 5 built in dog parks!! We love living here!

Its been a peaceful experience living here for the past year. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Maintenance staff are very punctual and thorough. I would recommend this complex to all my friends for sure.

Lived here about 6 months - the apartments are very nice & any maintenance issues get fixed within 24 hours. There are several small dog park areas, but overall the place is very dog and animal friendly.

Apartments are nice, but the parking is lacking and they do not enforce parking. People park in the loading area in front of the buildings. Plus they are over priced.
