I LOVE CHW!!!! I read the other reviews and we cannot be talking about the same company. These people are the very best. First of all, the staff could not be nicer - they are the friendliest, most accommodating, and professional people to work with. Second, they have covered so many things in my two homes and have saved me many thousands of dollars. I have a claim with them at least once a year and have several things replaced through them. The policy came with my first house over 15 years ago and I have used their policy on two homes with countless repairs. I am happy to pay their contract each year because I use it and it is well worth the money. I would never even consider NOT have a policy with them. They treat me like a real human being and valued customer. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Regarding the last 2 reviews, there are false statements. We cover all appliances, regardless of whether they are built in or not, provided you have purchased additional coverage for washer/dryer. This customer did not purchase washer/dryer coverage. We do not use general contractors therefore there is a co-pay for each trade to enter the home. Unfortunately, this homeowner received inaccurate information on the home warranty that was purchased for them or they purchased.

Always a problem in getting someone to return phone calls when I need heat or A/C. Had to call a second time on several occasions one or two days after my initial call. Never once experienced same day service. Very interested in signing you up, but not keeping you. No communication with renewals or end of contract. Much better plans available with the competition. Sending my friends and clients to other companies.

Colorado Home Warranty has been a lifesaver for me!! I bought 9 years ago and plan on buying as long as i can. I don"t have to worry about who Im going to have come to my house, i call the staff at CHW and they do the work for me, even if not covered under warranty they give me someone i can trust! the work gets finish and no worries.The Staff dose a great JOB taking care of you!!!

Had furnace issues they sent a "HVAC" guy out who just took a picture of the furnace then left and then they requested the inspection report which stated the furnace needed serviced but was still operational. However, it had stopped working and they said it was "pre existing" cancelling it. They charge a $55 cancel fee and prorate the remaining month at about $29 per month.

You can hear the pucker as they tabulate the impact to their commission for making a claim. $55 for anything they do, then you hear all about what they won’t cover. Condescending communications when you interact with them, save the money. I requested a cancellation and refund which cost $55 too.
