As an owner of a small business, I was anxious to begin our first group health and dental coverage. The staff at Preferred insurance were all very friendly and helpful in guiding us through this process. In addition to being responsive, they were proactive in contacting us to address key issues and follow up on our experience with the transition. I was concerned that the distance to our office in South Denver from their home office in the Springs might be an issue. Despite the distance, they still made a point to visit us at our office to explain the healthcare plans in person. It has been my experience in the past in dealing with healthcare that each person is on their own to learn and navigate the system. Having worked with Preferred Insurance, I can attest that this was the first experience where I received true guidance in understanding benefits, processing the applications, and setting up the right paperwork to set my business to address the necessary regulatory issues. I am very pleased with the results as beginning group coverage has become a true benefit for my staff, my business, and my family giving us better coverage with less cost. Best of all, when we have questions, I now have someone to reach where I can get strait answers.

Carl and the girls on his staff are the greatest. They have gone up and beyond the expectation of an insurance company. They have helped my business and also my my personal needs when I had major surgery. The girls even took care of my billing problems and even getting my confirmation number for my surgery. They dont just sell you a policy and leave it at that, they actually take care of all your needs. They are very knowlegable and know how to deal with your particular insurance company and procedures when dealing with claims. You can also get them on the phone when you call, not like most I have used in the past where I need a question answered and they get back with you in 3 days. These people are great and I would highley recommend them for all your insurance needs. Thanks again Carl, and especally the ladies there for all your help during difficult times.
