Patrick was the person who was helping me on signing up insurance with statefarm.He was really appreciated ,he explained me clearly,patiently.Helped me to sign up online and it saved lots of time for me. Candice runs a tight ship that provides excellent customer service. In May, 2017, I filed my first auto insurance claim. Staff were very helpful and supportive of all aspects of the claim. Phone calls and emails were quickly returned and assistance was provided. No endless waiting on hold to speak to an agent. I love that Candice explains your insurance options in plain English and tells you what most folks in your situation opt for. I feel that I really am in good hands if disaster strikes.

Candice was, as usual, on top of all the details of our policies. In one case we were under-insured by a good margin, and she increased the premium appropriately. We were very grateful that she spotted this exposure. One thing about Candice is that she listens carefully and remembers details from one visit to the next (even when these visits are separated by 2 years!). When we leave her office, we feel secure and well-covered!

I bought a policy with State Farm not long after acquiring an older nine unit apartment in San Jose. Their pricing was always competitive as I shopped it several times. That was almost many years ago. I had one loss, perhaps, 12 years ago. The claim was handled professionally; and the premiums were not changed as a result of the loss. I remained loyal after that experience.
