Adam Arnold is simply the best. Adam helped me with my chapter 13 during one of the worst times of my life. Now I have my life back and it feels great. Here is what to expect:5-7 office meetings, An online credit counseling course two previous tax returns, six months of bank statements and pay stubs, car registration and insurance as well as any property or property sales(off the top of my head). then a creditor meeting in Downtown which you answer a few mostly basic questions. I felt really comfortable hiring Adam because he has filed his own Chapter 13 himself so you wont get the perceived feeling of being looked down upon. Adam is absolutely great with his communication with getting your paper work done on time.Another thing to take into consideration is hiring an attorney with experience, Adam has years and over a thousand bankruptcies under his belt. His fees are very reasonable as well. you owe it to yourself to CALL Adam as soon as the debt storm is approaching. Thanks Adam.

My wife and I found Adam B. Arnold while we were considering the Bankruptcy. He briefed us on the ins and outs of everything and reviewed our case before telling us he could help us. Everything he said was honest and held true on how the whole process went. He told me how it would affect my credit score during the process and after the discharge and it also proved true as my credit score went up 30 points the day after discharge then when I originally went in. He also made sure we made the best choices when it came to our vehicle situation, not for his sake but for ours. Adam also met with us after hours on our time as we were only available on Sundays. Communication with him was great as he usually returned phone calls right away or within a couple hours. He went above and beyond to help us.
