Update: We were given advice that was not beneficial and now wasted over $1800.The firm was aware of us not moving forward with our case we were told when we were ready to proceed some of the funds paid prior will be applied to the new case. Well that did not happen and this firm refuse to refund a partial of monies paid to them! Shame on us for believing an attorney we chose to represent us! Get ALL VERBAL PROMISES IN WRITING! Original post: Filing bankruptcy is a scary and embarrassing situation; however everyone at Mark Miller Law offices made my husband and I fill comfortable! They understood that we are good people and just having unforeseen financial issues. We were able to purchase a brand new home 2 years after our BK was discharged and able to purchase a brand new luxury vehicle at a low single digit interest rate! This bankruptcy has allowed our family a fresh start and no more scary trips to the mailbox or harassing phone calls because we are now debt free!"

The knowledge and expertise of Mark Miller and his associate Ms. Larissa Lazarus was reassuring to me and my husband Bill. They explained every option to us making our decision well informed.
