My wife has a green card for over 10 years. Recently, she applied for the US citizenship and got a DENIAL. Immigration said she has a deportation order in the 90s and will take away her green card!!! We were completely shocked when we heard this. There was no problem when I petitioned her green card 10 years ago. We never knew about this deportation until now. We never have any problem going to the Philippines (my wife’s country) and coming back to the state.
