I spoke to many lawyers in Bakersfield before going with Mark. I was charged with assault with great bodily injury over a year ago and Mark was with me the entire time. The reasons I went with Mark is because he made me feel comfortable and at ease with the case when I was worried about losing my job and tarnishing my reputation. I could see he was being a genuine person who cared a listened to what i was saying. Other lawyers wanted to talk about money right off the back. Mark was thorough when asking questions and understanding the situation I was in. He always had suggestions and advice and kept me informed about what was happening next. I felt like I could contribute to my own case and be part of the process. During the trial it seemed like he was a step ahead of the district attorney and fought hard to get every detail of the case included into my defense. Mark and his defense team are all well trained and know many people in the courts. His knowledge and experience showed when he spoke to the judges, DA, jury, witnesses and defendant. One thing that impressed me the most is how quick he thinks on his feet. He always knew the laws and the DA was never able to take advantage of any situation. Mark A. Raimondo is a very good Felony trial lawyer. I highly recommend his services. I hired Mr. Raimondo to fight for me.
