As a paralegal I have ample opportunity to interact with many attorneys. I found Robert Rhodes through his website. Erroneous allegations had been made against a family member by Adult Protective Services. Robert was not the only attorney I contacted, but he was the only one who responded with both empathy and confidence that he could resolve the issue in our favor. Our original meeting was scheduled for two hours. He asked pertinent questions, took notes and listened carefully. At the end of one hour we had covered everything on the agenda. In my experience, if an attorney has booked two hours of billable time, s/he is going to use it. Mr. Rhodes acknowledged the end of the consultation, and then proceeded to chat with us for another ten minutes (off the clock). I was very impressed with his focus; his clear understanding of our issue, as well as the law as it related to our issue; his commitment to a clear plan of action; and his general demeanor, which was very approachable when dealing with us (his client), and very confident, steadfast, yet professional when dealing with the APS investigator. Thanks to Mr. Rhodes skills and knowledge, the results of the investigation came back in our favor. What strikes me most about Robert Rhodes is that he appears to be truly called to this vocation… not for the prestige, but for the opportunity to make a difference. I would recommend him without hesitation!

Alexander Savojni was MORE than I was hoping for in a traffic lawyer. What I was expecting was an individual experienced with local traffic code and court procedures who would maneuver my citation in the best manageable way for myself, being cost effective and preserving my driving record. However, what I received was a person who listened to me, identified my innocence, built a real case around the events that transpired and encouraged me to fight this with him in court! After refusing unappealing plea deals from the City, we combated my charges head-on in court and WON! Not on a technicality, not due to the judge agreeing to a lesser citation, but through coherent argument, clear understanding of the law, and the willingness to commit to doing the RIGHT thing. I walked out of that courtroom with a FULL dismissal!

My husband and I highly recommend Alex It is very difficult to be involved in a court case, especially when that court case involves family. Alex Savojni took all the time necessary to listen to us and helped us through this most troubling time. His empathy for our situation showed us what a caring and thoughtful person he is. Robert Rhodes spent a huge amount of time preparing a response to a charge made by a family member against another family member. He listened to our side and understood what we were up against. Robert put the events into an easy to understand response that was filed with the court. The day for court had Robert arriving early at the courthouse and he explained the process and answered all questions we had. I actually breathed a sigh of relief when we entered the courtroom because I knew we had the right person defending the case. I felt safe with him by our side in the courtroom.
