Ben and Krystal were wonderful to work with. Krystal asked for and processed any and all documents necessary. Our loan went through smoothly and quickly. Later we bought another house outside of Utah and could not go through Ben and Krystal for the loan. The difference was night and day (it was awful). We missed the sincere, friendly and timely process we experienced with Ben. Wish he could work in all 50 states!

We were glad that we were always kept informed. However, we were pre-approved and then later told that the underwriter could not approve us- one week before we were supposed to close. This added a lot of unnecessary stress that could have been prevented if you would not have pre-approved us without being sure that you could really approve us for the loan.
