Terrible bank, had my bank account information stolen and the thief was able to steal 2,000 dollars from my account and it took Texell 5 weeks to put it back in. That is a huge sum of money, and they dont even give you a loaned amount while doing investigation like most banks. I would tread carefully with this bank especially with the rise of credit card theft through false readers. Unless you can go without 2k-3k for about 5 weeks, then power to you. They also had a very shady rule in place to give me a $29.50 fee while I was still in the positives. I withdrew everything I had and switched banks after these two incidents. Their tech stuff is also below what most other banks offer.

I am sick of every week having to pay back 40-100 dollars because Friday through Sunday Mobile bank app is not operating proper....then on top of it all Texell is all about the merchant and not its account holders because they allow the the merchant to say when money comes out and clears!!! I will be closing my account in the next few days!

Been with them for approximately 2 years and my only complaint is slow service because of lack of employees. It would be great if they opened another location in the Killeen area
