On October 29th I fell and crushed my heel. We went to the ETMC in Gun Barrel City and received the most awesome treatment possible. The staff there is very attentive and knowledgeable. My Dr in Arlington was impressed with the test that were run and treatment was determined without additional test needed. Thank you very much one and all for taking care of me and my husband who felt assured the right decisions were being made. I have since had surgery and hope to return to work December 19th. Horrible! They actually expected me to wait over an hour for a mammogram. After I had waited 40 minutes, I walked out when they told me it would be at least 30 minutes more because they were short staffed...other words for totally disorganized and disrespectful of patients.

I went to the e/r for horrible chest pain. The nurses and doctors were wonderful. They were kind, patient, understanding and did their work very professionally. Like all e/rs I was there a long time waiting for test results but other than that, I have no complaints.
