I received the best customer service yesterday that I have received in a long long time. I was amazed at how patient that Justin was with me and he saved me lots of money, gave me a great policy and I am so pleased and he even helped me with a situation that he did not even have to address. He truly went above and beyond to assist me at the last minute at that. My motto as a small business owner and a client as well is "People may forget what you say, people may forget what you did....but people will never forget how you made them feel." Thank you Justin for an excellent experience in doing something no one enjoys doing and that is getting a new policy and paying for it. I will recommend you to all of my peers and clients.

I was connected late on a Friday via the 800 number for Travelers as I was looking to move to a new agent. Even with the late hour Justin was generous with his time and extremely knowledgeable about what options I had. Helping set up new policies, combine existing ones and random questions during a house purchase-and after!-Justin is reliable and thorough. The move to Pegram Insurance has been great.
