I recommend Al Messer to anyone needing an excellent criminal or traffic lawyer. Al saw me anytime I needed (which was frequent), and he was always clear about my situation, regardless of good news or bad. I never felt out of the loop. Al’s assistant, Kate, was always receptive to any question I had (which, again, was frequent). I could e-mail a question, and she would always respond within several minutes. Al was supportive and very understanding all the way, and, luckily, my court case ended on a positive note. I guarantee my good ending would not have happened with any other lawyer. His hard work and in-depth knowledge of the court system is the only reason I didn’t suffer the worst consequences. There is a constant professionalism with the Messer Law Firm. There is an honesty and integrity there that is hard to beat. You always know where you stand, and you will be guaranteed the best defense anywhere.

I was recently charged in NC for DWI and I knew that I was wrongly charged. I presented my facts to Mr. Messer and he explained the process clearly to me and my Father and what the different outcomes of going to trial could be. After everything was said and done, my charges were dropped and the other driving charges were combined to a lesser penalty. Being from South Carolina, I felt well taken care of by Mr. Messer and his staff. The communication was excellent and all of my questions were always answered in a timely manner.
