Peter handled a most difficult real-estate closing with compassion and displayed complete mastery over the process. A deal which lasted six months with a cultural and language barrier presented ample opportunity for additional delay. Peter was steadfast and aggressive in bringing this matter to a successful closing which I did not even have to attend. I can wholeheartedly recommend him to successfully represent either a buyer or seller in any commercial or residential real estate transaction. He was always accessable and responsive a rare quality that most attorneys lack. You will not be disappointed Peter Mandi is one tough advocate.
