I have been a client of the Ryan Ferraro Agency for over 10 years and I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service. While my experiences with Nationwide as a company have been positive, my true allegiance is to Ryan and his agency as has always been quick to respond to my questions/concerns in a friendly and helpful manner and NEVER makes me feel like "just a number". He offers a kind of honesty, integrity, and sincerity that is extremely rare in this industry and puts the needs of his clients far before his own financial gain. I trust him completely and never feel as if I am being sold to or duped in to something that I do not want or need. My entire family also utilizes the Ryan Ferraro Agency for their insurance needs and have consistently had the same positive experiences that I have. For once the cheesy TV advertisement slogan rings 100% true - Ryan really is "On your side".
