Villanueva and Sanchala is an excellent law firm. I am thrilled and happy to state that Mr Joseph is an excellent lawyer and a great gentleman. It was truly my pleasure dealing with him. I was going on vacation to Maryland, USA with my family from Canada in April of this year. On interstate 90 I was caught exceeding the interstate speed limit of 65 miles per hour. I was clocked in 83 mph by the cop and got a speeding ticket. I approached Villanueva and Sanchala for help. Within a short time Mr Joseph resolved the case with no points with a plea to VTL 1201 which is a 0 point parking violation. Prior to this resolution, I was facing a risk of 4 points, significant fines, and insurance increases. My pay reduced to $100 only. Joseph always replied back to all my queries through emails within a very short time, and also followed up with me over phone as and when needed. His service is extremely customer focused, and he works with great dedication. Last but not least his service fee is very reasonable compared to any law firms in USA and Canada. My friend and I were driving back to NJ from visiting Canada for the first time on Memorial Day Weekend and got a ticket on the way home in upstate New York for failure to yield to a cop that was pulling over another car. There were 3 lanes and we were in the middle lane and made our way to the right lane way past where the cop had pulled over the car when we got pulled over and was slapped with this expensive ticket. This highway is known to pull over cars and give people tickets such as the one we received which I learned afterwards. The ticket was $400+ plus 3 points on your license. I contacted Joseph after searching for and contacting several upstate New York lawyers and he was able to dismiss the ticket for a reasonable fee while we were away on vacation which was music to my ears! Mr. Villaneuva has represented me and my family for a few years now. He has been able to negotiate favorable pleas on our behalf, reducing points to fines, and other similar pleas. Most recently, Mr. Villaneuva has represented me in an instance where I had been mistreated by our local police who wrongfully wrote several tickets with their intent to cause my insurance to increase, as well as add points to my otherwise clean license. This was very upsetting to me, since I have a clean record, and these two officers were clearly out to get me for an incident that was wrongfully portrayed. I reached out to several attorneys in the Utica area after getting a speeding ticket while traveling through NY for the holidays. Most of them refused to take my case because a roadside reduction was already given at the time of the ticket and they expected it would be a waste of time to try and fight it further, but Joseph was confident in his ability to help me out. He even gave me a discounted rate because it was a "long shot", but from everything I saw he worked just as hard to clear my name and make sure no points would go on my license. In the end he was able to get the charge reduced further and I only had to pay a small fine to the town where I received the ticket. Well worth it. I got tagged with a speeding ticket on I-684, fairly high speed. The local jurisdiction is apparently pretty severe. I retained Joe to see what he could do. He was direct and upfront about the difficulty of getting reduced judgement, which was very fair. It also showed real experience and consideration of the situation. When the case finally came up (more than a year later!) Joe was in fact able to get a reduced judgement, which was very helpful. My experience with Mr. Joseph Villanueva, was wonderful. My son had a speeding ticket, could have faced 6 pts, and a moving violation, Mr, Villanueva was able to resolve both cases quickly and painlessly, with a small fine, points reduced down to 2 from 8 altogether, and having to complete a defensive driving course onluine. Our son never had to appear in court, we just filled out the necessary paperwork, did was what advised. The results were excellent. I would definately recommend. After receiving a speeding ticket in Harrison, I contacted a few law firms. I decided on Villanueva & Sanchala because Joseph was down to earth and did not give me a sales pitch like the other firms. I had a great experience with Villanueva & Sanchala. I received a ticket for 21 mph over the limit on I-87 by a State Trooper who had gotten me on radar. The penalty could have been as much as 6 points on my license and a large fine. Joe Villanueva handled the case and I received $160 fine and zero points, and I did not have to take the time to go into court as he handled that on my behalf. I received an excellent result and would highly recommend this firm to others in a similar situation.

Joe and his staff are great to work with!!!! I was driving in the fishkill area and got a speeding ticket doing 42 in a 30mph zone. From the moment I called he explained everything to me and followed up with an email of everything we spoke about. He took care of the situation from there and handled the ticket. Took it down from 4pts to 0 and just a parking violation. Hopefully I dont have to use them again, but if I do get a ticket, they will be my first and only call!
