I called for roadside assistance because my ride broke down. Worst experience ever dealing with roadside assistance (long story). Then when i switched insurance companies i find out they marked it as an at fault accident... there was NO accident!!! I called state farm and they are not helpful in any way to get this taken off of my motor vehicle report. Thanks state farm for jacking up my insurance rates for every other insurance company! I will be telling everyone about this. UPDATE: After dropping statefarm and moving to a different insurance company I was hit by a driver carrying statefarm insurance. This driver backed into my PARKED vehicle and statefarm is only accepting half responsibility of the accident. After several months of trying to get this resolved I have been forced to contact my lawyer. This company is clearly filled will shady employees who fail to call back, deny responsibility for accidents that are clearly theirs to pay for, and who get a kick out of pissing off customers (theres more than I cared to type). DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THESE PEOPLE. And pray you dont get hit by someone carrying their insurance.

I recently was married. My husband is with her office, and trying to transfer his information has been a nightmare. They keep telling us they will send his information to our other agent, but then never do it. We and my agent have called and left multiple messages, and can never seem to get anyone in person. We have dropped by the office, to have them say the same thing: "everything will be taken care of". This has been from the beginning of June. What else do we need to do??

Michelle Bermudez and her team at State Farm saved me a ton of money on my auto and home insurance. I used to have the "lizard" company for insurance and every time I needed them I hand to deal with a different person on the phone, WOW was that frustrating! If you are looking for the worst services ever and the lack of customer services, She is the one to look for. She will tell you the OK for everything but at the end is NOT going to happen.
