June 5, 2017. The following is a fair and honest review from my personal experience with Burger Law. My experience here was not as pleasant. During a meeting to hear my case, I was shown to the break room/kitchen which I believe was very tacky. People kept walking in and through, constantly distracting and interrupting as I spoke about personal and sensitive matters. They had the microwave and faucet going as they warmed their food. The smell of food permeated the room and naturally, my suit. As I was there in the kitchen telling my story to two lawyers, a female employee walked in twice, rudely interrupted, and pulled one of the lawyers out stopping my interview. I did not feel respected or valued. There must have been an office or some other place than the kitchen to conduct my interview. Even when they observed how uncomfortable I was, with all the interruptions, no offer was made to relocate to a more suitable area. There was food smell everywhere as people microwaved their meals. I believe that if I were a client they respected, they would never have considered meeting with me in a kitchen. They would not have met with the mayor, a company CEO, or a rich client in a kitchen. Why then meet with me there? First impressions last, and my first impression based on this experience, was not pleasant. I felt that my case was not heard nor was I given the respect a client should receive. The first time I wrote this honest review I was asked to reconsider it. I now decide that I should be honest with myself and those who read reviews. Edit: August 10, 2017. After writing this review, I was contacted by Mr. Burger on August 8, who did not apologize for the bad experience, nor said that he regret that I feel this way about his service, but instead went on to tell me, "We are sending you a termination of service letter: I saw your review." My review is honest and truthful. My intent is to have the service improved for future clients, not for any other reason.

I hired Gary a little over two years ago for my case. My son and I were stopped in traffic due to all lanes being closed from another accident. It was March and I had my window cracked, I heard medical responders from the accident start yelling. When I looked in my mirror to see why they were yelling I saw a car speeding up behind me while looking at the other accident. There was nothing to do at that time except hit the brakes and put my arm in front of my son. She hit my truck and her car was totaled. I hired Gary two days later. I was instantly impressed just from our phone conversation. And his team quickly started working on my case. Brian, Casey and Gary were amazing they were professional, punctual and made a bad course of meeting in to something enjoyable. I had a herniated disc due to the accident and was swollen, numb, uncomfortable and in pain daily for almost a year and a half. Casey took care of everything with my doctors if there was an issue, I called her and she took care of it for me. I had a million questions throughout the process and called at least once a week. Gary returned my phone calls with an hour every time, and if he could not he made sure Brian or Casey could. The other insurance did not want to pay out towards anything other then the medical, they started off at $22,000 then went up to $23,000. After over a year they went up to $41,000 Gary told me if they did not come up to at least the minimum he wanted that we would go to trial, he called me one day later and was able to receive an additional $20,000 on top of the previous and we took it. My experience was fantastic and there is not better attorney then Gary, a better team then Gary, Casey and Brian and no better law firm in Missouri to work with. Thanks guys for all the help Brian

There were lots of issues that had to be determined because of the differences in the states statutes. THE GAMER

Burger Law went above and beyond for me. My personal injury case took awhile to settle but he stayed with it.
