Gosh, I was going to write this review months ago and am now just getting to it. I’m sure we all have heard the saying “Remember the Good Ol’ Days.” Well one thing is for certain in those days (at least where I grew up) when you had an insurance claim your agent worked with you and for you. In today’s world those insurance agents seem to be harder to find. Well I can honestly tell you if you’re feeling that way, do yourself the favor and call Peter Hohn with State Farm. We had some severe wind damage to our roof in the spring of 2014. We reached out to Peter letting him know what had happened and he instantly went to work on our behalf. We had an inspector at the house the next day, Peter also referred a local contractor that they have worked with in case we had no one in mind. We reached out to his referral along with two others during the bidding process. We made a decision with whom we wanted to work with and Peter was all over it. He kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, making sure everything was staying on task and being completed not only correctly but to our satisfaction. To me what is so impressive to see is a young man like Peter, whose core values are communicating and taking care of the best interest of his client’s. Since it has been many years that we have had to deal with a claim, we are so blessed Peter made this experience painless and stress free.
