Shane has been great to deal with and is very responsive in handling my insurance needs. In late summer my boat was totaled in an accident. Although Shane did not write the policy on my boat, I sent an email to him on a Friday night with some random questions regarding how to handle the situation. Shane responded to my emails that Friday night with advice that assisted me through the process. Not only did Shane find me the best rates but was there for me when I needed advice. I have since moved my boat policy to Shane and currently have my boat, home and auto with him. I definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was less than happy with my prior insurance company (renters/auto). After trading up from a 2005 to a 2013 car, my premium only went up a few dollars/month. I called Shane and within a matter of hours I had an estimate, a thorough explanation of my policy and questions answered about my prior policy and all paperwork completed. I am now paying for a 6 month policy what I was paying for two months under the old company. Same coverage, different company. If you are on the fence about changing insurance, get on the phone and save some money!
